The scheme started out as a mixed used scheme having hotel in front , and a stack of parallel commercial blocks at rear with a road cutting throughout them. The individual commercial buildings were clad in a translucent ceramic printed glass. However the ever changing Mumbai municipal laws threw a spanner in the works, and therefore the buildings were morphed into two commercial blocks with a linked atrium cum entrance hall in between them. The ceramic stripped exterior is there from the original concept. The final buildings are a response to the complicated shape of site, and they have a slightly European presence about them. Located at Marol, Mumbai , near the Sahar International Airport.
