The building is designed for Technimont TUV at Mindspace Malad. The client wants us to not do our usual modern style and instead tryout a modern traditional, Kerala style buildings. We designed a building with a large sloping roofs, touching the ground, and also put some columns on the outside, reflecting a glass facade. Thus the building is a fusion of old and new styles of architecture, but somehow, on site it works as a modern building.
