A commercial development .Two identical buildings placed on a podium deck. We felt that the approach road should have breathing room, hence a single long building was not planned and instead two towers with a garden in between . Both sides of the rectangular plot have a good view, hence each tower has two large offices facing front and rear, with service core at the centre. The cores are however stuck to the sides of the plan, so there is provision of maximum flexibility from one office per floor, to four offices. The service towers are aluminum c lad vertical elements while the office areas are cantilevered – looking glass boxes. The deck garden unites the plot open space, and the shops are placed on deck floor. Due to its permanent façade the building looks as good as new after so many years.
