This project, for Kumar Properties at Hadapsar, Pune, is the second phase of the Sienna project. Initially planned as large apartments, but later we have reworked the scheme, and incorporated smaller apartments, hence the new design, which has curved edges, similar to the Sienna phase -1, but a new colour scheme, using permanent plaster in muted tones.
