This is a mixed use rehab development with two towers, the larger one for the Padmavati society and smaller one being freehold. A very challenging redevelopment project, with a number of different apartments sizes clubbed together in a vertical structure. Hence a more complicated look with two different Building types, yet blending together to make a common design statement.
