An iconic design statement at Vikhroli, Mumbai, for Ms Godrej and Boyce, one of the premier real estate developers in Mumbai.Four apartments per floor, with living areas in the front, expressed as horizontal silver bands,and the kitchens, toilets, and drying balconies are all at the rear,thus separating the curved towers, with horizontal aluminum grills .The aluminum façade weathers better than paint , and also keeps water out, preventing damp and fungus. The rounded corners are an opportunity for the metal cladding to show off its gleaming personality, makes the towers look thinner, lighter.
