A redevelopment project on a tiny plot at cuffe parade, Mumbai. A premium area and in south Mumbai.This was Mumbai’s first multi storey residential building clad in aluminum, this provides the façade a boost for the long term maintenance as the project has permanence. A three storey podium parking deck with a swimming pool above, sits at the base of the structure . One apartment per floor having views of both of Cuffe Parade and the Arabian Sea on either side. A through living room with balconies on either ends. 250 sq mt flats, spacious by the Mumbai standards. The service core is differentiated from the service areas by the silver and blue color scheme. Toilets ducts are cantilevered loops projecting from the c ladded wall façade giving the building its singular look. A stylish exploration of curvilinear metallic facades.
